Course Description: Business Law is a full-year course. It focuses on both the substance and
the process of our legal system and reflects many social and ethical
issues. In addition, the course has
great practical value, providing background for professional explorations and
illuminating the problems of private life.
At the end of this course, students will not only have improved academic
knowledge of law but also gainful insight and appreciation for the legal
system.
Each student will
be required to bring his or her books to every class. Along with their books they should also have
a folder marked “Business Law Notebook.”
This should also be brought to every class and be used to store their
